孟令威讲师，女，1987年生人，吉林省松原市人。2013年7月毕业于哈尔滨工业大学，获硕士学位，2017年12月毕业于哈尔滨工业大学，获博士学位，现任东北电力大学建筑工程学院市政工程专业教师。
